Off To School I Go
Nope, no new pics. Sorry for my laziness. I will try and get a few tonight. My little man is almost to the point where he wants to walk all the time. He can make it all the way from the living room into the kitchen before falling down. He's getting pretty darn good at walking and it's oh so cute. He just hasn't quite figured out how to turn around once he reaches a dead end. He should be running around everywhere by the time our family reunion rolls around. I'm very excited about taking him to the beach for a few days and I'm sure he will have a great time playing with the sand. I even bought him some little swim trunks with lizards all over them so he will be all handsome.
As for the title of this story, I have to go to CA for 6 days in order to complete another phase of my Sergeant's school. I guess it won't be too horrible but I still don't want to leave my boys behind as this is the first time I will be away from Dominik for more than 2 days. This year is so crazy that I won't get to see him a bunch this summer. Our 2 weeks of training in June we all have to stay on base so I won't see my boys, plus I have to go to MA for 11 days in July to do more training and then AR in Dec for even more training. After that though, I should get a break for awhile. That's the biggest thing I hate about the military is that you have to leave your family behind a lot. Once I get my 20 yrs in (in 10 more yrs) I am going to retire and do a fun job while I collect my retirement paycheck. Enough is enough.
WEll, guess that's enough blabbing for now. I will post some pics tonight which is the real reason you all read my blog anyways. =0)

That will be hard to be away from the little one so much this summer. But the good thing is that you have family you can trust to take care of him while you're gone.
You will be one busy girl. At least it's stuff that will promote your career and that's good. It's great that Juan is so used to helping care for Dom.
